Here’s a NEW variation for you to serve at your next BBQ. This salad is surprisingly simple + super satisfying.
So many flavor pops , and perfect cucumber crunch. I’m excited for you to try it! Makes 3-4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 large English cucumbers, thinly sliced, I like to leave the peel on
- 2-3 green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsps sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped raw peanuts
Dressing:
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- a pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Refrigerate until serving.
- Place all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
- Just before serving add in the dressing and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately and enjoy!
