Alcohol-Free Ripe Peach Coolers
I promised you lots of refreshing + creative mocktails this Summer….so let’s keep them coming because it’s a hot one!
If you’ve ever eaten a ripe-juicy peach just picked from the tree, you know they’re a real treat!
We love getting fresh peaches from any of the local farmer’s stands here in Utah throughout the late Summer months.
This is one of my favorite easy mocktail recipes during those months when peaches are bursting off the branches, and we can’t use them fast enough!
Fresh peach coolers taste best when you use SUPER ripe peaches, so it’s the perfect way to use them up on a hot day!
Here are a few more of my favorite mocktail recipes:
6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb very ripe & sweet peaches
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- Ice, as needed
- 1 cup Soda water
To serve:
- fresh mint, fresh raspberries, ripe peach slices
Instructions:
Peel the peaches and using a paring knife carefully remove each pit.
Cut your peaches into chunks and place them into a high-speed blender.
Add in the fresh-squeezed orange juice and blend until smooth.
Add ice to each of your glasses.
Fill half of each glass with the peach puree.
Then, top with a good splash of soda water.
Garnish with fresh mint, raspberries, and peach slices.
Cheers!
Enjoy!
Rachel
