{NEW} Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls
Add cookies into the daily mix = Because we all need some daily YUM
I love to keep a batch of these in the fridge for the kids to snack on after school!

makes about 22 balls, 1-2 cookie dough balls is considered one serving
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1.5 Tbsps unrefined coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips
In your food processor, place all of your ingredients and process until well combined. Scrape down the sides and process again just until it starts to resembles crumbled cookie dough.Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Take a spoonful of mixture and roll it between your palms to create a ball, as shown.Repeat with remaining mixture. Place the balls into the prepared sheet pan and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.Transfer to an air-tight container and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
