{NEW} Chocolate Peanut Butter Crispy Treats

THESE were really FUN to make…and even more, fun to EAT!

I love making homemade treats with my kids, and feel better about serving these to my family! makes 6 treat cups
Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup quinoa puffs (I found these on Amazon!)
  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup peanut creamy natural butter
  • 2 Tbsps raw honey
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted ( We really like lilys brand sweetened with stevia)

Required Supplies:
6 silicone baking cups
Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl add quinoa puffs, peanut butter, raw honey, and sea salt.
  2. Gently stir with a spatula until well combined.
  3. Add a spoonful of melted chocolate into each silicone cup, then gently add in one spoonful of the peanut butter quinoa puffs mixture. Top with the remaining melted chocolate.
  4. Place the cups into a sheet pan and refrigerate, or freeze for up to 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set.
  5. Pop the treats out of their molds, and keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
