Here’s a FUN holiday spin on our favorite Smoothie Prep Packs!

In EACH freezer bag I added:
- 1 heaping cup fresh organic baby spinach
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
Instructions: FREEZE these bags for future use, use within 2-4 weeks
Pull one freezer bag out if the freezer, then add to the blender with the following ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, well chilled
- 1.5 cups pure pomegranate juice, well chilled
- 3-4 ice cubes
How to Make It:
- In a blender, combine the frozen ingredients with the yogurt and pomegranate juice.
- Puree until smooth. Add additional liquid if necessary, or desired.
- Pour the smoothie into four tall glasses and serve immediately.
