Red Berry Green Smoothie Prep Packs for Jumpstart Your Morning!

Lots of food prep happening around here to get the family through the holidays healthy, happy & nourished!

Here’s a FUN holiday spin on our favorite Smoothie Prep Packs!

Click here to order the reusable storage bags for these.  Each Bag Makes 4 servings:
In EACH freezer bag I added:

  • 1 heaping cup fresh organic baby spinach
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions: FREEZE these bags for future use, use within 2-4 weeks

Pull one freezer bag out if the freezer, then add to the blender with the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, well chilled
  • 1.5 cups pure pomegranate juice, well chilled
  • 3-4 ice cubes

How to Make It:

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen ingredients with the yogurt and pomegranate juice.
  2. Puree until smooth. Add additional liquid if necessary, or desired.
  3. Pour the smoothie into four tall glasses and serve immediately.

These little smoothie packs are SUPER quick and easy for those “super busy, don’t have time to cook but gotta stick to my Clean Eating goals” moments!
